Since I’ve had so many people asking me, I’ll post about it here. StaleBacon isn’t over, but I am taking a Hiatus. I may update once in a while, but my main focus is my all ages comic “Dylan McVillain”. I’ll eventually get back to a normal schedule and I really appreciate your readership. Thanks for understanding. – Kevin
Phoenix Comicon is holding a badge art contest to let the public choose which art will be hanging around the necks of 30,000+ people this upcoming Memorial Day weekend. I’ve submitted a Ninja Turtles themed badge and it’s been chosen for the voting round.
You get 5 votes each day, so I encourage to vote for others as well. Mine is labeled Kevin Coulston

I created Dylan McVillain after a dissapointing experience at a convention last year. Turns out kids love my art style and their parents are more than willing to throw money at me because of this… until I inform them of StaleBacon’s subject matter (Ocassional Adult Humor/Bad Language). I’ve also wanted to create a comic with characters and a story for quite a while (something I don’t do with StaleBacon).
My solution to both of problems was to create a story driven all ages comic that both kids and adults could enjoy.
This Indiegogo campaign was created to print the first collection of Dylan McVillain Comics. “Dylan McVillain: A Super Villain with the Best Intentions”. Over 100 pages (including content you won’t find online).
